Justin has quickly built a reputation as a formidable litigator in the legal community as he tirelessly and zealously represents his clients. In early 2019, Justin was promoted to managing partner and soon after took over his predecessor’s firm. He considers his role as an attorney to not only be an advocate for his clients, but also for the community by bringing passion and strong ethical fortitude to the practice of law. Justin also practices as a mediator and guardian ad litem while championing alternative dispute resolution. When not practicing law, Justin enjoys spending time coaching youth football and baseball.

Bryan takes pride in his attention to detail and work product. With a decade of experience in the courtroom, Bryan is a seasoned trial attorney. He is a strong advocate who strives to achieve the best possible results for his clients, whether through settlement or trial. Bryan believes that a skilled litigator must master the rules of civil procedure and evidence. A native of McHenry County, IL, Bryan enjoys outdoor activities and playing guitar in his spare time.

NANCY RAMIREZ - BLANCAS

Nancy Ramirez - Blancas was born in México and has been working as a paralegal since 2021. She is a DACA recipient and passionate about U.S. immigration politics and immigrant rights. Her activism in these areas has led her to be awarded by Senator Scott Bennett, the 2017 Immigrant Welcome Award for Student Leadership. Nancy is also the co-founder of I-CAUSE (Illinois-Coalition Assisting Undocumented Students' Education). She is currently involved in service and advocacy organizations that work in solidarity with the undocumented community, focusing primarily on equal secondary educational opportunities for student for which she spends most of her free time. She has worked hard to educate University students, staff, and community members about issues of immigration such as DACA/undocumented students, and educational access. She looks forward to becoming a furture law student and pursuing her dream of becoming an attorney.
